Accommodation
The well-appointed rooms feature country cottage themes with locally made country folk art.
We recommend you consider staying several nights using the Danseys Pass Hotel as your home, from which to explore the historic localities of Naseby, St. Bathans, the Styx and Ranfurly, the South Island art deco capital.
The Hotel is a smoke-free area, although smokers are welcome to use the verandas. Smoking is prohibited in the bar, dining room and bedrooms.
We serve a Continental Breakfast for our guests each morning, if you have booked directly with us it is complimentary. If you have been booked through a 3rd party agent or OTA, there may be an additional cost, we will be happy to confirm this with you at check in.
Rooms
The rooms at Danseys Pass Hotel within the main building and the lodge (200 meters up the hill) have bathroom facilities, central heating and tea and coffee making facilities. We offer a complimentary Continental Breakfast in our dining room every morning. A variety of accommodation configurations available including en-suite rooms, double rooms and family suites.
We do put the Lodge into hibernation in the colder months, we are happy to wake it up again for groups wanting to book the 8 room lodge. Please get in touch with us directly to make this happen (conditions apply). email us on bookings@danseyspass.co.nz
Celebrate your special occasion with us
Reservations should be made well in advance, particularly for the weekends. When the sun sets join us for dinner in the Danseys Pass dining room. We have nightly specials and our chefs use fresh local produce that is in season.
